Reserve the Solstice Pod

How to

  1. Go to our booking page
  2. Pick a time in the chart
  3. Enter your name and Pitt email
  4. Click submit
  5. Check that you’ve received a confirmation email (please keep this handy)

The Fine Print

  • The Solstice Pod is located in the Media Room (Owen 122)
  • This booking is for the Solstice Pod ONLY, not the entire Media Room
  • Reservations can be made up to one week in advance, or at the time needed if a space is available
  • Please use your Pitt email address to make the reservation
  • Please have your reservation confirmation handy
  • If you need to cancel, please use the link in your confirmation email to remove your reservation
  • The Solstice Pod can be reserved for up to 2 hours/day per user
  • When not reserved, the Solstice Pod is available on a first come/first served basis for new reservations
  • Please be courteous and respect others' reservations
