Library Events

The Digital Scholarship and Publishing team offers public workshops and instruction sessions by request. Upcoming events can be viewed here. We also facilitate communities of practice and host special events related to Digitization and Digital Creation.

Adobe Study Group is a community of practice open to any Adobe users, from complete beginners to experts. This group meets regularly in Open Lab with no formal structure; this is just a supportive space to connect with fellow creatives, share tips and tricks, and get technical advice for working with Adobe Creative Cloud software. Upcoming meetings can be viewed here.

Digitization Drop-In Hour is a weekly time when Open Lab staff are available to answer your project-specific questions about 2D or 3D digitization. We also offer brief demonstrations of 2D or 3D scanning and overviews of the scanning equipment in the lab. Stop by an upcoming session to learn more.
