Lisa Johnson is a Teaching Assistant Professor of Broadcasting in the Film and Media Studies Program. A multi-Emmy Award-winning producer with over 30 years in broadcasting, she has produced or directed more than 2,000 programs for the Cleveland Guardians, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Columbus Blue Jackets. Her career also spans news, corporate video, awards shows, game shows, and musical events. Often the only woman on a sports production crew, Lisa is a dedicated advocate for women in broadcasting. She brings real-world experience into the classroom through hands-on experiential learning that prepares students for the industry.
