Will Gridley, AIA, is an Associate Partner with Robert A.M. Stern Architects, specializing in higher-education architecture and campus planning. He has played an integral role in academic projects that transform campuses and strengthen institutional identity, including the Harvard Kennedy School Pavilions, the expansion and renovation of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business, and the renovation and expansion of Carrier Library at James Madison University.
Will’s work spans academic buildings, student housing, student centers, libraries, laboratory facilities, fitness centers, and strategic planning studies. He has led projects from early feasibility and programming through design and construction, with a particular interest in creating enduring campus environments that support evolving patterns of learning, collaboration, and community.
Will earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bucknell University and a Master of Architecture degree from Yale University. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and a licensed architect in New York.
