Berenika M. Webster is AUL for Collections and Organizational Effectiveness at the University of Pittsburgh's University Library System, where she leads collection strategy and has built a comprehensive library assessment program. She holds a PhD from the University of Warsaw and a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario.

Before joining the University of Pittsburgh, she served as a Product Manager at Thomson Reuters, where she led the development of research evaluation and faculty profiling tools. She also served as Academic Project Manager at the University of Queensland, providing modeling for Australia's national research assessment exercises. Earlier in her career, she held academic positions at City University London and Victoria University of Wellington, where she taught, conducted research, and supervised graduate students.
