School Tours and Speakers

We are happy to accommodate groups at our museum for tours and presentations. Because the museum is quite small, we recommend groups of no more than 25 people at a time.

Please note: while the building is accessible via a disability ramp and elevator, the museum itself has very limited seating to accommodate those who may be uncomfortable standing for long periods.  

We are also happy to provide speakers, pending our staff's availability, for off-site presentations. For more information, please call us at 412-624-4100.

Private Tours

Private tours of the Stephen Foster Memorial Museum are available. One of our staff members will be happy to give you a tour catered to your interests.

To arrange for a tour, please call 412-624-4100 at least two weeks in advance of your visit. Tours take between 30 and 45 minutes long. The maximum size for a group tour is 25 people due to the size of the museum.

The charge for a private tour is $5 for adults, $2.50 for children and seniors.
