The Hillman Library's ground-floor Technology Lab is a partnership between the library and Pitt Digital. It includes: 

  • A large-format poster printing service.
  • A standard Pitt Digital Computing Lab. 
  • Pitt Digital Drop-in support: Pitt Digital Drop-in support provides hands-on help for personal devices of students, faculty, and staff. From setting up a new computer or tablet with Pitt resources to troubleshooting a complex issue, a technical consultant can provide the personal support you need.

        • Monday - Thursday: 10am - 8pm
        • Friday: 10am - 6pm
        • Saturday: 10am - 6pm
  • Pitt Digital Tech Ambassadors: The Technology Lab is the home base of the Pitt Digital Tech Ambassadors, a student-to-student technology support and training program. 
  • University Center for Teaching and Learning Digital Accessibility Consulting: The Center for Teaching and Learning will provide digital accessibility consulting, training & troubleshooting.

      • AI and accessibility
      • Support for Canvas’ accessibility features
      • General Canvas support
