Health, Culture and Society was a peer-reviewed, open access journal devoted to the medical humanities and the social history of health. Geared toward an interdisciplinary approach to issues of health, culture and society and inviting contributions from diverse fields, the journal was designed to promote critical studies, disseminate important contemporary research and act as an international podium for the exchange of new ideas, strategies and practices. Health, Culture and Society’s final issue was published in 2017.
