How to get materials that appear in PittCat with ULS Thomas Blvd Library as the location:

• Pitt students, faculty, staff, and ULS Special Borrower card holders can obtain materials by submitting a Get It! request through PittCat
• Materials requested from Thomas Blvd Library can be delivered to any University of Pittsburgh library (faculty, you can have books delivered to your Pittsburgh Campus office)
• All requests are processed daily, except on weekends and holidays
• Journal articles are sent via email as PDFs

To place a request:

• Search for the item in PittCat and click through to the full record 
• In the Get It! menu, follow the prompts to initiate the type of request and your pickup location (if relevant)
• Click on the Send Request button
• You can check the status of book requests by viewing “My Account” in PittCat

Patrons not affiliated with University of Pittsburgh may request materials by contacting Ask Us!
